Our COVID-19 Response

First Class Cultural Travel Experience is your number one facilitator of work and travel to the United States of America. In this time of COVID-19, uncertainty and fear are understandably high, and as we seek to take the next step forward – finding novel ways to do business and live, First Class takes its responsibility to help combat the virus and keep its people safe, very seriously.

The following are steps we’ve taken to ensure the safety of all our participants and staff:

    Online registration and online document submission-to minimize physical interactions.

    Swim assessments will be administered in smaller numbers and occur more frequently to compensate. Mandatory temperature checks are performed before entering the assessment area.

    Size of training groups will be limited (according to health ministry regulations) and participants will be taught CPR and other skills on sanitized mannequins.

    Each lifeguard receives a uniform package fully equipped with personal protective equipment geared towards COVID protection.

    The host company provides spacious apartments that are pre-cleaned and sanitized prior to occupant’s arrival.

    During a participant’s employment, daily, mandatory temperature checks before checking into the work area are carried out.

    Worksites (pool) will adhere to all sanitizing and social distancing protocols set out by the Health Department. Pre-existing staff in charge of these areas have been appropriately trained and equipped.
